Roam named a winner in Deloitte's 2026 Technology Fast 50 program, ranked #39 in Canada

We're excited to share that Roam has been named to Deloitte's 2026 Technology Fast 50, ranking #39 with 577% revenue growth over four years.

It's our second consecutive year on the list of Canada's fastest-growing technology companies, following our #18 ranking in 2025.

Building a Better Way to Get a Car

We started Roam in 2020 to solve a simple problem: getting a car for a few months shouldn't be so difficult.

Daily rentals can be expensive, while buying or leasing a car often means committing for years. We saw an opportunity to offer something in between.

Since then, we've grown from a month-to-month car rental service into a business offering flexible vehicle access for individuals and companies.

Today, customers can rent a car month to month, lease for 6 or 12 months, or use Roam Fleet to source, finance, and manage vehicles for their business.

We've also expanded beyond Toronto into Ottawa and continued investing in the technology and operations that make getting and managing a vehicle easier.

Earlier this year, we ranked #51 on The Globe and Mail's Canada's Top Growing Companies and were selected to join C100's 2026/27 Growth Cohort.

In Good Company

We're proud to be recognized alongside some of Canada's most exciting technology companies.

Toronto-based Finni Health took the top spot this year, while Ottawa, where we opened our second location in 2024, was represented by Zappsec, Ranovus, and H2 Analytics.

The winners span the country, from Vancouver to St. John's, and for the first time in the program's history, women CEOs lead half of the top 10 companies.

Together, this year's winners achieved an average revenue growth of 3,079%, a reminder of just how much innovation and entrepreneurship is happening here in Canada.

Congratulations to all the companies recognized this year. It's an honour to be among them.

Thank You to Our Team and Customers

Making the Fast 50 two years in a row is an achievement we're proud of, and it wouldn't be possible without the people behind Roam.

Thank you to our team for the hard work that goes into delivering a great experience every day, to our customers for trusting us with their vehicles, and to our investors and partners for supporting us along the way.

Championing these companies isn't just a privilege; it's an investment in Canada's future," said Amanda Perran, Deloitte's Technology Sector leader and program co-leader.

The Globe and Mail's Report on Business magazine featured the winners in Meet the 2026 Technology Fast 50. See the full 2026 ranking from Deloitte (PDF), or read about our 2025 ranking.
