Roam Toronto delivers vehicles across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Our service area includes Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Markham, and surrounding communities. Roam offers two plan types. Short-Term plans run from 7 to 29 days with a 7-day minimum and full payment up front. Long-Term plans are 30 days or longer, billed weekly or monthly, and auto-renew until you cancel — you can cancel anytime after your 30-day minimum with 7 days notice.

A traditional car lease typically locks you into a 36–48 month contract with a credit check, down payment, and depreciation risk. A Roam subscription has no long-term contract (30-day minimum), no impact on your credit score (soft check only), no down payment, and no residual risk. You return the vehicle when you're done.

Insurance is mandatory for every Roam vehicle, but it has a separate cost. On Short-Term plans (7–29 days), you can use your own coverage (a personal auto policy or credit card rental insurance) or add Roam's insurance at checkout. On Long-Term plans (30+ days), Roam's insurance is required because most personal and credit card policies only cover rentals up to 30–45 days. Business customers can use their own commercial coverage on any plan.
