Winter rental questions
It is a Roam Short-Term or Long-Term vehicle plan used during winter — not a separate product. Short-Term is 7 to 29 days and prepaid. Long-Term is 30 days or more with weekly or monthly billing. Cancel anytime after your minimum term. Browse all-wheel-drive and winter-tire listings.
Winter tires are available on select vehicles, not every car. Check the vehicle listing for tire type before you book. All-wheel drive is also listed per model. Roam does not guarantee winter tires on every reservation.
No. Insurance is required and has a separate cost. On Short-Term plans you can use qualifying personal or credit-card coverage, or add Roam's insurance. On Long-Term plans, Roam's insurance is required for consumers. Routine maintenance is included.
