Dealer visits usually mean a short spin around the block. With Roam, you keep one vehicle for your minimum term — starting at 7 days on Short-Term plans or 30 days on Long-Term plans — so you can try real commutes, cargo space, and charging or fuel routines before you commit to buying elsewhere.
Yes. Many subscribers swap after their first term with notice so they can compare body styles or brands. Availability depends on inventory — browse roam.auto or ask our team what's in stock.
Every Roam vehicle receives routine maintenance and customer support. Insurance is required on the road; when you use Roam's protection, it is billed separately from your base vehicle rate (never described as free). Roadside assistance is included when your selected protection tier includes it.
Give notice per your plan rules — after your minimum term you can cancel anytime with notice. Long-Term plans typically need about a week to coordinate pickup; unused prepaid time may be refunded on a pro-rated basis per Roam's policies.
