What Does Every Roam Plan Include?

Every Roam vehicle subscription includes the vehicle itself, routine maintenance, self-serve roadside assistance, insurance options (at an additional cost), and a set mileage allowance. Below is a full breakdown of what is and is not covered.

Roam Plans Always Include

  • Your vehicle — drive the car you choose
  • Routine maintenance — oil changes, brake pads, and scheduled service are taken care of
  • Self-serve roadside assistance — help when you need it on the road
  • Insurance — coverage options are available at an additional cost depending on your plan
  • Mileage — a set mileage allowance is included with every plan

What's Not Covered

  • Gas or charging fees
  • Parking tickets, speeding tickets, or other driving infractions
  • Damage fees for glass or tires (Enhanced and Ultimate plan holders are exempt)
  • Damage fees for the interior or exterior of the vehicle
  • Toll fees
  • Car seats, dash cams, external GPS, or vehicle accessories not provided by the manufacturer
  • Transponders (available at an additional cost depending on the plan)
  • Winter tires (available at an additional cost depending on the plan)
  • Additional drivers (available at an additional cost depending on the plan)
