More than a typical rental replacement experience
Roam Replacement is a concierge vehicle program for insurers and their clients after a collision. It is a Roam Short-Term or Long-Term rental, not a courtesy car from a body shop. Partners schedule valet delivery in the Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa. Clients get a late-model EV, hybrid, or luxury vehicle while theirs is repaired.
Plans follow the same minimums as consumer Roam: 7 days on Short-Term and 30 days on Long-Term. Cancel after the minimum term. Insurance for the replacement vehicle is arranged with the partner — it is not bundled into a free consumer plan price.

Replacement vehicle questions
It is a late-model Roam rental provided while a client's car is in the body shop. Insurers and partners book it through Roam Replacement. It is not a manufacturer courtesy car. Pickup or valet delivery is available in the Greater Toronto Area and Ottawa.
The same plan rules as other Roam rentals apply. Short-Term is 7 to 29 days. Long-Term is 30 days or more. Cancel after the minimum term. Partners set the expected repair window when they book.
Insurance partners and their clients who need a higher-quality replacement than a typical rental counter car. Speak with Roam For Business to set up the relationship. Individual drivers who are not in a partner program can still book a regular Roam plan at roam.auto/cars.
