Vehicle Pick-up Guide

Where do we get our Roam vehicle? Where do we return it? Is valet available?

You're ready to get into your Roam vehicle! We offer two options for your convenience:

Pick up the vehicle straight from our office in Etobicoke
Purchase a valet delivery service (must be within 50km from Etobicoke location)

Pick-Up & Valet Service

You can pick up or drop off your vehicle for your scheduled appointment and a Roam team member will assist you in the onboarding/offboarding process!

Pick up service is free of charge, we offer this during our operations hours, weekdays from 9AM to 5PM (5-7PM options available by appointment only).

If you need accomodations to your location and cannot make it into our office, we offer a valet to have the vehicle delivered to you.

All valet fees are calculated for one-way trips and pricing is dependent on how far you are from our location in Etobicoke.

Current Valet Cost Options:

5 km away or less = $50
5 to 25 km = $100
25 to 50 km = $150
50km+: No valet available

If you the delivery address is 50kms or more from our office, you will have to come pick up your car from our location.

Can I have a valet delivered to the airport?

At this time Roam does not offer valet options to airports!

Here are the ETAs from the 3 main airports in the GTA to our location!

Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ): 15-20 minutes
Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ): 20-25 minutes
Hamilton Airport (YHM): 50-60 minutes

Roam is located 5 minutes away from the the Kipling GO/TTC station south parking lot for easy access to public transportation to our office.

Can you valet to my work or other location?

Our team is happy to offer valet services to the location that is most convenient to you depending on the area of delivery! A member of our team will confirm if the valet location is permitted and will closely coordinate options with you!

What do I need to bring to my pickup or valet?

On the day you'll be receiving your vehicle please make sure to have the following Present:

The primary or registered secondary driver
Your valid driver's licence

Can I come in to see a vehicle?

At this time, all of our vehicles are kept off site and we only have pre-reserved vehicles in our garage.

We would need your subscription submitted and finalized before you can come to our location for pickup. This is a requirement for security and verification purposes! We are happy to assist you with photos of the vehicle before you come pick it up!
