How is Roam different compared to a daily rental?
Roam specializes in long-term car rentals also known as car subscriptions. Roam's weekly and monthly plans are designed for long-term needs.
The vehicle is yours for as many weeks or months as you like - you don't have to book an end date until you're ready.
There are some other differences that make Roam special. For example, all of Roam's vehicles are the latest models from top brands, equipped with the newest technology. Every vehicle is professionally maintained and cleaned so it feels new. And we offer optional valet delivery to your home or office.
How do I get my vehicle?
You can pickup your car from Roam’s 863 Kipling location in Etobicoke, ON. Or use Roam’s optional valet service and have your vehicle delivered to your door for a fee.
How long can I drive for?
Whether you choose a weekly or monthly plan, you have the freedom to keep the vehicle for as long as you need.
The flexibility to drive as long as you want without the long-term commitments is part of what makes Roam unique compared to traditional rental car companies or leasing or financing a vehicle.

How do my payments work?
Depending on the plan you choose, your payments will be auto-billed every 7 days for weekly plans, and every 30 days for monthly plans, until you return your vehicle to Roam.
You can make your payments using a credit card. There are no loans or interest payments involved.
How is Roam different compared to leasing a car?
Roam's flexible weekly and monthly plans, also known as car subscriptions, come with all of the benefits of a lease but without the long-term contract or commitment.
Instead of locking into a 36 or 48 month contract, you can drive for as many weeks or months as you like and simply return your vehicle when you don't need it anymore.
Roam also includes routine maintenance, roadside assistance, and other perks with your vehicle, giving you all the benefits of driving your own vehicle without the hassles.
What's included with my vehicle?
Your Roam vehicle includes routine maintenance like oil changes, 24/7 emergency roadside assistance, and dedicated support.
You have the option to use Roam's auto insurance and have your vehicle delivered to your home or office for additional fees.
Is there a penalty for cancelling my plan?
As long as you provide the appropriate amount of notice required to schedule your return (varies by plan, visit “Vehicle Returns” in Roam dashboard for details), there is no penalty for cancelling your plan. No long-term commitments or contracts!
Can I use Roam for my business?
Yes! Long-term rentals and car subscriptions are a great solution for businesses that need cars. Roam works with teams that require a few vehicles all the way up to hundreds of vehicles. Contact our team if you’re interested in using Roam for your business.

Offer Details
- $799/month applies to select compact sedans only (e.g., Hyundai Elantra, or similar).
- The offer applies to Month-to-Month plans only.
- The price does not include insurance, other add-ons, delivery fees, or taxes.
Payment
- First month’s payment is due before receiving your vehicle.
- Subsequent payments are charged automatically each month on the renewal date.
- Security deposit (refundable) may be required.
Cancellations & Returns
- Rentals are billed month-to-month and can be canceled after your first month.
- Vehicle must be returned in good condition by the last day of the current billing period to avoid renewal charges.
Vehicle Use
- Vehicle must not be used for ride-sharing, delivery services, or commercial purposes unless expressly authorized.
- Driver is responsible for fuel, tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations.
- Smoking in vehicles is prohibited; cleaning fees may apply.
Availability
- Vehicle selection subject to availability. Specific models not guaranteed.
- Offer valid while supplies last and subject to change without notice.

- Standard rental agreement terms apply in addition to these promotional terms.
